I graduated in science which then led to a job in microbiology. However, I increasingly realised that my real interest was drawing me towards product design and interior decor.
My mind was alway coming up with creative ideas, and finally I could not deny that I had to follow my inventive passion. So I took a two year, part-time Design Diploma (Interior & Furniture) Which I passed in 2012, During the five years since then I have mainly produced my own original furniture and homeware mostly using secondhand materials, because I find them more challenging to work with. As a result of this interest, I have been highly commended for a working clock made from recycled metal in a Bangkok competition and also gained 2nd prize in a Mitsubishi sponsored design contest.
Five years ago I began by manufacturing full sized innovative steel grids for use as decorative room dividers or secure door and window guards.
However, the covid slowdown and the cost of transporting heavy items within Thailand and abroad, meant I had to shift my focus.
Now I have moved into designing and manufacturing coffee machine accessories and also developing my commitment to plastic recycling. Also I maintain my interest in steel grid work and enjoy collaborating over my design ideas.
